Kamara L. Pastis, LMT, CA, LE

Our resident Massage Therapist, Chiropractic Assistant and Lifestyle Educator, Kamara Pastis, graduated from Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. She received 640 hours of training in multiple modalities of massage including: Lymphatic Drainage, Hydrotherapy, Corporate Chair massage, Geriatric and Prenatal massage, Reflexology, Swedish, Therapeutic and Sports massage, as well as Oriental Theory, Biosciences and Pathology.

Since graduating, "Kami" has experienced working in clinical, spa and resort settings around the valley. In fact, she originally was Dr. Judge's massage therapist before coming to work for her 8 years ago.

As a Registered Chiropractic Assistant in the state of Arizona Kami has earned a certificate in Applied Neurology.  Over the last 6 years, Kami has continued her chiropractic education through Brimhall Seminars learning allergy elimination, low level laser techniques, emotional release, muscle testing, and color and sound therapies.

As a Certified Lifestyle Educator, Kami provides individual and group education sessions addressing weight loss, prevention and arrest of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes and high cholesterol. The First Line Therapy program she uses to accomplish positive changes in lifestyle incorporates tailored food plans, individualized exercise plans, targeted nutritional supplementation and stress management techniques. This integrative approach is Dr. supervised by Dr. Judge.

Kami has most recently completed certification in Thai Yoga Massage on the table. Myoskeletal Alignment Technique is also one of the continuing education seminars she's completed and integrates well with patients' diverse needs in the office.  

Kami is an insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and maintains her Arizona state massage license (#MT-05377) she is also trained and certified in CPR and First Aid.
